I am BIG on stillness and quieting the mind. 

'Experts' estimate we think between 60,000-80,000 thoughts per day. That's an average of 2500-3300 thoughts per hour and 42-55 per minute! Wow. Its exhausting to THINK about!

When we can form a habit of sitting in stillness for 15-20 mins a day, I promise you your life will look much different. It gives us the capacity to operate from a more stable (and healthy!) state of consciousness. Producing substantially more desirable responses (versus reactions) to situations and everyday life events
